The vines of this pure Syrah come from two terroirs.
A granite soil, on the arid slopes of Chavanay (2 plots), giving a spicy, floral and mineral side. And opposite on the left bank, a terrace of rolled pebbles from the Rhône which, heated by the sun, diffuse a gentle heat at night, favoring the concentration and maturity of the grapes.

Ruby red wine tending to black.
Nose of gingerbread, truffle and violet.
The palate is powerful, dense and tannic.
Terroir : Light granite soils.
Vinification : 100% destemming Cold maceration for 1 week. Pigeage and pumping of juice once a day for 3 weeks. Long and progressive fermentation. Pneumatic pressing at low pressure so as not to burst the seeds.
Aging : 15 months in French oak barrels.
Serving temperature : 17 ° C
Keep: 4 years.
Food and wine pairing: small game, rabbit stew, grilled poultry or simply on cheese.
